Details of how to redeem your free £50 Gift Card will be sent to the email address associated to your order 7 working days after the date of purchase. This offer will be available to all customers who make an eligible purchase from December 24th 2024 until January 31st 2025. No codes are necessary to be eligible for the Free £50 Gift Card Promotion. The value of the free £50 Gift Card will be £50. Only one free £50 Gift Card will be redeemed per eligible order, regardless of the number of eligible items included in the order.

2. Limitations

Purchases of signed shirts in an official UEFA Champions League Hero Frame, official FIFA World Cup Hero Frame, official Ballon d’Or Hero Frame or any other officially-licensed Hero Framing are not eligible for this promotion. 3. Risk of Loss

Terms and Conditions

1. Redemption

An Icons.com Gift Card (SKU: ICGC) may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on www.icons.com. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer’s Gift Card balance. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer’s Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. No fees apply to Gift Cards.

2. Validity

Each online purchase of a Gift Card is limited to a maximum value of £500. The minimum value for a Gift Card is £50. At the expiry of the validity period, a Gift Card cannot be used for purchase, reactivated nor can the unused remaining value be refunded. A Gift Card can be used until the balance of the card is zero.

3. Limitations

Gift Cards, including any unused Gift Card balances, expire one year from the date of issuance. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for the purchase of products on any other website owned and operated by us, our affiliates, or any other person or entity, except as indicated by these terms and conditions. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed against shipping costs. Carrier charges will still apply. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, used for unauthorised commercial purposes, including to facilitate the resale or shipment of goods from Icons.com, redeemed for cash, or used in a manner otherwise prohibited by our terms and conditions.

4. Risk of Loss

Dutch Poacher Patrick Kluivert Signs with Icons.com!

Icons.com is delighted to announce that we have added yet another name to the illustrious list of stars to have signed with us – this time it’s former FC Barcelona and Netherlands striker Patrick Kluivert!

The private signing session took place in Barcelona on July 26th, 2022 at which Kluivert added his signature to a vast array of fantastic new items including shirts, boots, balls and photos.

Kluivert signed Netherlands, FC Barcelona and Ajax shirts are available to buy not only in sleek Icons.com presentation options but also in our official and exclusive FC Barcelona, UEFA Champions League and FIFA World Cup memorabilia collections.

The Dutchman began his career at Eredivisie club Ajax and made a total of 100 appearances for the former European champions across three seasons, scoring 52 goals. After a brief spell at AC Milan, Kluivert was snapped up by Catalan giants FC Barcelona.

In his first season he helped La Blaugrana lift the La Liga title with 16 goals from 38 appearances. He was prolific in the following seasons as well and finished his FC Barcelona career with 122 goals from 257 appearances.

Kluivert also spent a season at Premier League club Newcastle United and was their top scorer during their 2005-05 UEFA Champions League campaign. Spells at Valencia, PSV and Lille followed before his retirement in 2008.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our customers and their needs as well as the packing and dispatching of all orders across our various sales channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

You must:

  • Be able to start as soon as possible
  • Have a passion for sport and football in particular
  • Have excellent customer service experience both online and offline
  • Possess pleasant phone manner
  • Have perfect English, written and spoken

It’s preferable, but not essential, that you:

  • Have 3-5 years of customer service experience, ideally in an e-commerce environment
  • Have experience of maintaining a high customer service ratings or reviews (e.g. via Trustpilot)
  • Have experience of order fulfilment for an e-commerce operation
  • Have experience of stock management systems
  • Have other language skills

DETAILS

  • This is a full-time, five-days-a-week role
  • Typical working hours are from 8.30am to 5pm
  • There may be occasional weekend work at peak times
  • You will get five weeks annual leave as standard
  • We offer a workplace pension
  • You will be based at our warehouse in Christchurch, Dorset
  • This role reports to our Head of Operations
  • The salary will be £22,000-£25,000 p/a depending on experience
