Courier Details – UK

All unframed or pre-framed orders sent to England and Wales are sent by DHL. We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days so you should receive your orders within three working days of placing them. Please give us a daytime address as all orders have to be signed for.

All unframed orders for Scotland, Northern Ireland and non-Mainland UK islands are sent by DHL. A signature will be required on receipt of your order, so please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address when placing your order.

Courier Details – International (non-UK)

All international orders for framed and unframed products are sent by DHL. Again, unframed items are sent from icons.com within 2 days of the order being placed. All framed items take between 1-5 working days to create, once dispatched the times below apply.

For all international order you will be emailed a DHL tracking code and contact details for DHL if you need to speak to someone about your order. We ask you supply a recipient's phone number too, in case our courier has trouble delivering to you.
