Zinedine Zidane is a true icon. As part of the Galacticos era, Zidane won the La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and Intercontinental cup. Zidane's career crowning moment was his goal against Bayer Leverkusen in the 2001-02 UEFA Champions League Final. It is considered the greatest goal ever scored in the competition due to the level of skill and technique involved, not to mention the importance of the goal. The goal proved to be the winner, as Real Madrid took home their ninth European title.
