Every item we sell is 100% authentic, of the highest standard, and as described on its product listing. As such, we take the upmost care to ensure you will receive our goods well-packaged and safely shipped.

 

In the unlikely event that your item is received damaged, we can arrange a replacement for you if you contact customersupport@icons.com.

 

If you find you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return your purchase for an exchange or refund, providing it is in a decent and unused condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

 

You must notify us of any missing items, incorrectly received or unwanted items within 14 days and return the item to us within 30 days.
