Sugar Ray Leonard

Considered to be one of the greatest and most popular boxers of all time, Sugar Ray Leonard was the first boxer to win more than $100 million in purses, winning world titles in five weight divisions. The North Carolina born fighter won gold at the 1976 Olympics and went on to become a successful motivational speaker, actor and commercial endorser. But it was in the ring that Leonard made his name and in 2002, he was voted by The Ring magazine as the ninth greatest fighter of the last 80 years.
