Returns are not accepted if the box seal (tape) is perforated or removed. Mystery Memorabilia products are excluded from the standard returns policy.
Random Selection
All boxes are packed completely at random. The item you receive can be signed by anyone from the edition's player list.
Multiple Orders
There is a very small chance of receiving duplicates if you order multiple boxes. No single shirt or boot comprises more than 10% of the total inventory in any edition of Mystery Memorabilia.
Purchase Limit
Maximum of 5 boxes per customer per edition.

There are currently three editions: the Icons of Europe Signed Shirt Box, the Signed Boot Box, and the officially licensed FC Barcelona Signed Shirt Box. Previous global editions include the Celebration of Football Black Edition and White Edition.
