Q: My item has arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: Email us right away at customersupport@icons.com. We’ll make it right — and fast.

 

Q: What I've received isn't what I ordered. What should I do?
A: Speak to our Customer Support team as soon as possible. Email us at customersupport@icons.com and we'll get it sorted.

 

Q: I'm not satisfied with my order. What can you do for me?
A: You can return your item for a refund or exchange, as long as it’s unused and in a resalable condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Q: I'm not satisfied with my order of Mystery Memorabilia. What can I do?
A: Purchases of any and all Mystery Memorabilia items or promotions are final and cannot be returned as per our Mystery Memorabilia Terms and Conditions.

Important timeframes

 

Make sure to notify us of any issues within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must arrive back to us within 30 days of delivery. Please contact customersupport@icons.com before sending your item back to start the return process.
