Although born in New Zealand, Quade Cooper's loyalties lie with the All Blacks' bitter rivals Australia, for whom the fly-half has been playing since 2008. After moving to Australia in 2001, the 23-year-old was selected for the Australian schoolboys' side, and he never looked back. He will be a central figure for the Wallabies at the 2011 World Cup.
On his debut on 8th November, 2008, Cooper came off the bench to score the winning try as Australia defeated Italy. It was a fantastic start to an international career that has continued on an upward trajectory. In 2010 Cooper won the Super 14 Player of the Year Award.
