Dan Marino

A first round pick for the Miami Dolphins in the 1983 NFL Draft, Pittsburgh native Dan Marino led the franchise for 17 incredible seasons. A durable quarterback with a canon for an arm, he set numerous passing records, registering his finest season in 1984, when he threw for 5,084 yards and 48 touchdowns – both NFL records. Overall, he threw for 58,913 yards and 408 touchdowns before retiring in 2000.
