Import Taxes

At Icons we strive to keep our prices reasonable and competitive, which is why we do not add a standard percentage onto the price of our products to cover import taxes. We are unable to account for the differing tax regimes for all the countries we ship to worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own import taxes which may be incurred on Icons goods when sending items to non-UK addresses. If you wish to use your own shipping company or broker, or to pick your items up in person, this can be arranged by emailing customersupport@icons.com.


Courier Details – UK

All unframed or pre-framed orders sent to England and Wales are sent by DHL. We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days so you should receive your orders within three working days of placing them. Please give us a daytime address as all orders have to be signed for. DHL can deliver on a Saturday but there are extra charges involved.

All unframed orders for Scotland, Northern Ireland and non-Mainland UK islands are sent by Royal Mail Signed For service in order to keep the costs down. These are dispatched within two working days and need to be signed for too. If you would like your order sent by DHL we can arrange it but there will be extra charges. A signature will be required on receipt of your order, so please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address when placing your order.


Courier Details – International (non-UK)

All international orders for framed and unframed products are sent by DHL. Again, unframed items are sent from icons.com within 2 days of the order being placed. All framed items take between 7-10 working days to create, once dispatched the times below apply.

For all international order you will be emailed a DHL tracking code and contact details for DHL if you need to speak to someone about your order. We ask you supply a recipient's phone number too, in case our courier has trouble delivering to you.

A signature will be required on receipt of your order, so please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address when placing your order.

We are able to deliver items to addresses other than the billing/card holder address. Please choose this option when making your order. If you would like your order to be delivered on a specified day, please just give us a call or email us and we'll do our best to arrange it for you.

Once dispatched International (Non-UK) orders will take the following times to get to you:

Ireland - next working day
Benelux - next working day
Mainland Europe - next working day
Non-EU Europe - next working day by the end of the business day
Eastern Europe - next working day by the end of the business day
The Balkans - next working day by the end of the business day
USA and Canada - next working day by 10.30am (to the vast majority of ZIP codes)
The Caribbean, Central and South America - within 1-2 working days
The Middle East - within 2 working days Africa - within 2-4 working days
China - within 2-4 working days Australasia - within 2-4 working days
