One of the best-loved boxers Britain has ever produced, Frank Bruno was a big man with a big heart. A courageous fighter, Bruno was a refreshing presence in the posturing world of heavyweight boxing.

Always up for a laugh and a joke, he saved his serious side for the ring where he towered over his opponents and fought with an intensity you would not have thought possible judging by his out-of-fight persona.

Bruno was born in 1961 and after turning professional in 1980 he notched up 21 consecutive wins, becoming one of the most feared heavyweights on the circuit. Unlucky to box at the same time as the near-invincible Mike Tyson, he nevertheless became World Champion in September 1995, holding the title for seven months.

This glove is signed by Bruno himself and is a superb item of boxing memorabilia.

All of our signed gloves are available either framed or unframed and come with the Icons Certificate of Authenticity which features an image of the player signing the glove along with the date and location of the signing.

If you choose to have the glove framed, it will come in our popular bubble frame style, with a picture of the player in action behind. This type of frame is finished to the highest quality and is perfect for wall mounting.

An image of the sportsman signing an example of the product will be shown on your certificate of authenticity. We believe this is the best way for you to be sure of the authenticity of the product. For logistical reasons we are not able to photograph every item being signed: the photo merely shows one of the product line being signed at the relevant signing session.
